The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding the pilgrim in ihram who suffers pain in his head or eyes that he may apply aloes to them as a poultice.
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا سفيان عن أيوب بن موسى عن نبيه بن وهب
قال رسول الله ﷺ في المحرم إذا اشتكى رأسه وعينيه أن يضمدهما بصبر
