I remember competing with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ over the vessel as he and I performed ghusl from it.
أخبرنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا عبيدة بن حميد عن منصور عن إبراهيم عن الأسود
لقد رأيتني أنازع رسول الله ﷺ الإناء أغتسل أنا وهو منه
Bukhari transmitted it in the chapter on ghusl, section titled "Direct contact with a menstruating woman," hadith no. 299, from the report of Mansur, through the same chain.
