I went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to relieve himself, and whenever he intended to answer the call of nature, he would go far away.
أخبرنا عمرو بن علي قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد قال حدثنا أبو جعفر الخطمي عمير بن يزيد قال حدثني الحارث بن فضيل وعمارة بن خزيمة بن ثابت
خرجت مع رسول الله ﷺ إلى الخلاء وكان إذا أراد الحاجة أبعد
Its isnad is hasan. Ibn Majah also narrated it in Kitab al-Tahara, Bab al-Tabaud lil-Biraz fi al-Fada (334), from the hadith of Yahya Qattan, through him, and Hafiz graded it hasan in Al-Isaba 2/419, entry (5185). It is also in Al-Kubra, hadith (17).
