The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you perform ablution, complete it thoroughly and run water between your fingers."
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال حدثني يحيى بن سليم عن إسمعيل بن كثير وكان يكنى أبا هاشم ح وأنبأنا محمد بن رافع قال حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال حدثنا سفيان عن أبي هاشم
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا توضأت فأسبغ الوضوء وخلل بين الأصابع
[Sahih] Its beginning has already appeared, no. 87, and it is also found in Kubra, no. 117, and Abu Dawud reported it in Tahara, in the chapter on the description of the Prophet's ﷺ wudu, no. 142, from the hadith of Yahya bin Salim, through the same chain.
