Anas bin Malik reported,

I never prayed behind anyone whose prayer was briefer than the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, yet it was complete. The prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was balanced, and the prayer of Abu Bakr was balanced. When it was Umar bin Khattab, he lengthened the dawn prayer.Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah hears whoever praises Him," he would stand so long that we would say he had forgotten. Then he would prostrate and sit between the two prostrations so long that we would say he had forgotten.
