"I will spare no effort in praying with you the way I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pray with us."The narrator said, Anas used to do something I do not see you doing. When he raised his head from the bowing, he would stand upright so long that an observer would say, "He has forgotten." And when he raised his head from prostration, he would remain seated so long that an observer would say, "He has forgotten."
