He asked, "What do you say about a man who had relations with his wife while in the state of consecration?"The people said nothing to him.Saeed said, "A man had relations with his wife while in the state of consecration, and he sent to Madinah to ask about that. Some people said that the two of them should be separated until the following year."Saeed bin Musayab said, "Let the two of them go on and complete the Hajj that they have spoiled. Then when they have finished, let them return, and if the next year's Hajj reaches them, they must perform the Hajj and offer a sacrifice. They enter the state of consecration from the same place where they entered it for the Hajj they spoiled, and they keep apart from each other until they have completed their Hajj."
و حدثني عن مالك عن يحيى بن سعيد أنه
ما ترون في رجل وقع بامرأته وهو محرم فلم يقل له القوم شيئا فقال سعيد إن رجلا وقع بامرأته وهو محرم فبعث إلى المدينة يسأل عن ذلك فقال بعض الناس يفرق بينهما إلى عام قابل فقال سعيد بن المسيب لينفذا لوجههما فليتما حجهما الذي أفسداه فإذا فرغا رجعا فإن أدركهما حج قابل فعليهما الحج والهدي ويهلان من حيث أهلا بحجهما الذي أفسداه ويتفرقان حتى يقضيا حجهما
