The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On whatever is watered by rain, springs, or draws its water from the earth, a tenth is due, and on whatever is watered by irrigation, half a tenth."
حدثني يحيى عن مالك، عن الثقة عنده، عن سليمان بن يسار،
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: فيما سقت السماء والعيون والبعل العشر، وفيما سقي بالنضح نصف العشر.
