Ibn Shihab reported,

The inferior Jurur dates are not to be taken as the charity due on date palms, nor Musran Farah, nor the dates of Ibn Hubayq. He said, "Yet these are counted in the reckoning against the owner of the property, though nothing of them is taken from him as charity."

و حدثني عن مالك عن زياد بن سعد

عن ابن شهاب أنه قال

لا يؤخذ في صدقة النخل الجعرور ولا مصران الفارة ولا عذق ابن حبيق قال وهو يعد على صاحب المال ولا يؤخذ منه في الصدقة
