Urwa bin Zubayr reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the house of Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, and there was a small boy in the house who was crying. They told him that the boy had been struck by the evil eye.Urwa said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "Why do you not have someone recite over him for protection against the evil eye?"

و حدثني عن مالك عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سليمان بن يسار أن

عروة بن الزبير حدثه

أن رسول الله ﷺ دخل بيت أم سلمة زوج النبي ﷺ وفي البيت صبي يبكي فذكروا له أن به العين قال عروة فقال رسول الله ﷺ ألا تسترقون له من العين
