The Prophet ﷺ came in to visit her, and a freed slave-woman of hers hid herself. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Has she begun menstruating?"She replied, "Yes."So he tore off a piece from his turban and said, "Cover your head with this."

Its isnad is daif. Ibn Abu Shayba narrated it in 2/229 with this chain, and Busiri said, "This isnad contains Abdul-Kareem, who is Ibn Abu al-Makharik. Ahmad and others declared him daif, indeed Ibn Abdul-Barr said that there is consensus on his being daif."
