The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I am the master of the children of Adam, and I say this without boasting. I am the first one for whom the earth will split open on the Day of Resurrection, and I say this without boasting. I am the first to intercede and the first whose intercession will be accepted, and I say this without boasting. The Banner of Praise will be in my hand on the Day of Resurrection, and I say this without boasting."
حدثنا مجاهد بن موسى وأبو إسحق الهروي إبراهيم بن عبد الله بن حاتم قالا حدثنا هشيم أنبأنا علي بن زيد بن جدعان عن أبي نضرة
قال رسول الله ﷺ أنا سيد ولد آدم ولا فخر وأنا أول من تنشق الأرض عنه يوم القيامة ولا فخر وأنا أول شافع وأول مشفع ولا فخر ولواء الحمد بيدي يوم القيامة ولا فخر
Sourcing, sahih. Tirmidhi transmitted it in the tafsir of the Quran, chapter on Surah Banu Israil, hadith 3148, from the hadith of Ali bin Zayd, mentioned earlier at hadith 116 at greater length, and he said, hasan sahih, and he was not alone in narrating it, as it has supporting narrations. Some of them narrated this hadith from Abu Nadra from Ibn Abbas in its longer form.
