Haba bin Khalid and Sawa bin Khalid reported,
We came in upon the Prophet ﷺ while he was working on something, and we helped him with it. He said, "Do not despair of provision so long as your heads still sway. For a person is born from his mother red, with no covering upon him, then Allah 
provides for him."

Daifحدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن سلام بن شرحبيل أبي شرحبيل
عن حبة وسواء ابني خالد قالا
دخلنا على النبي ﷺ وهو يعالج شيئا فأعناه عليه فقال لا تيئسا من الرزق ما تهززت رءوسكما فإن الإنسان تلده أمه أحمر ليس عليه قشر ثم يرزقه الله عز وجل
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Ahmad narrated it, 3/469, from Abu Muawiya, "Amash narrated to us," with this wording. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, 1088, as did Diya in al-Mukhtarah and Busiri, but its chain is daif because of Amash's use of "an" (indicating a possible break in transmission), while the rest of the chain is hasan.
