The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took me to a place in the desert near Mecca, and there was dry ground surrounded by sand. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Beast will emerge from this very spot," indicating an area of one fitr by one shibr.Ibn Burayda said, "I performed the Hajj years later, and he showed us a staff of his, and there it was, the size of my staff, like this and like this."

ذهب بي رسول الله ﷺ إلى موضع بالبادية قريب من مكة فإذا أرض يابسة حولها رمل فقال رسول الله ﷺ تخرج الدابة من هذا الموضع فإذا فتر في شبر قال ابن بريدة فحججت بعد ذلك بسنين فأرانا عصا له فإذا هو بعصاي هذه هكذا وهكذا
[Its chain of transmission is extremely daif] Ahmad narrated it: 5/357, from the hadith of Abu Tumaylah Yahya bin Wadih al-Azdi, through this route. Busiri declared it daif because of Khalid bin Ubayd, who is matruk al-hadith despite his eminence, as stated in Taqrib.
