The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I am not leaving behind any trial more harmful to men than women."
حدثنا بشر بن هلال الصواف حدثنا عبد الوارث بن سعيد عن سليمان التيمي ح و حدثنا عمرو بن رافع حدثنا عبد الله بن المبارك عن سليمان التيمي عن أبي عثمان النهدي
قال رسول الله ﷺ ما أدع بعدي فتنة أضر على الرجال من النساء
Bukhari transmitted it in the Book of Marriage, in the chapter on what should be avoided of the ill omen of women, etc, hadith 2096, and Muslim in the Book of Remembrance and Supplication, in the chapter on how most of the people of Paradise are the poor and most of the people of Hell are women, and an explanation of the trial posed by women, hadith 2740/97, from the hadith of Salman Taymi, through this same chain.
