The Prophet ﷺ was cupped on the two veins at the sides of the neck and on the upper back between the shoulders.
حدثنا علي بن أبي الخصيب حدثنا وكيع عن جرير بن حازم عن قتادة
أن النبي ﷺ احتجم في الأخدعين وعلى الكاهل
Reference number [Its chain is daif] Abu Dawud narrated it in "Medicine," chapter on the location of cupping, hadith no. 3860, from the hadith of Jazeez, through him, and Hammam followed him in agreement, as found in Tirmidhi, hadith no. 2051, where he said, "Hasan gharib."
