The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took hold of the top of the tharid and said, "Eat, in the name of Allah, from its sides and leave its top alone, for blessing descends upon it from above."

[Hasan] Tabarani transmitted it in Al-Kabir 22/90, no. 216, from the hadith of Hisham bin Ammar, with the same chain. It has another route in Ahmad, no. 4903, and the preceding hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
