The Prophet ﷺ saw a man driving a sacrificial camel and said, "Ride it."The man replied, "It is a sacrificial camel."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ride it, woe to you!"
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان الثوري عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
أن النبي ﷺ رأى رجلا يسوق بدنة فقال اركبها قال إنها بدنة قال اركبها ويحك
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on Riding the Sacrificial Animals, Hadith: 1689, and others, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on the Permissibility of Riding the Sacrificial Animal Designated as an Offering for One Who Needs It, Hadith: 371/1322, from the hadith of Malik, from Abu Zinad, with this wording, and it is found in Muwatta (Yahya): 377/1.
