The Prophet ﷺ said to him on the morning of Muzdalifah, "Bilal, silence the people," or "quiet the people." Then he said, "Allah has shown you His favor on this gathering of yours. He has forgiven the wrongdoers among you for the sake of the righteous, and He has granted the righteous among you what they asked for. Move forward in the name of Allah."

أن النبي ﷺ قال له غداة جمع يا بلال أسكت الناس أو أنصت الناس ثم قال إن الله تطول عليكم في جمعكم هذا فوهب مسيئكم لمحسنكم وأعطى محسنكم ما سأل ادفعوا باسم الله

[Its chain is daif] Busiri said, this chain is daif. This Abu Salama is not known by name and is majhul. It has corroborating narrations, all of them daif, among them the hadith of Shabuya bin Abdul-Raheem Abu Ahmad Marwazi, from Ibn Mubarak, from Sufyan Thawri, from Zubayr bin Adi, from Anas. Shabuya is majhul, and he is not the same as Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Thabit Khuzai.Aqeeli said, 2/196, his hadith is munkar and not preserved. It was narrated through his channel by Samani in Adab al-Imla wal-Istimla, page 97, and by Ibn Abdul-Barr in Tamhid, 1/128, with a corruption in it, and it has another defect as well, hadith no. 162.
