The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us and said, "The people of Madinah enter ihram from Dhul Hulayfah, the people of Sham from Juhfah, the people of Yemen from Yalamlam, the people of Najd from Qarn, and the people of the East from Dhat Irq."Then he turned his face toward the horizon and said, "O Allah, turn their hearts toward this."
[Sahih]. Busiri graded it daif because of Ibrahim bin Yazid Khuzi, h: 1521, but Ibn Jurayj corroborated it from Abu Zubayr with the same wording, in Muslim, Hajj, Timings of Hajj, h: 183, and elsewhere. Its final portion, "O Allah, accept," has corroborating narrations in Tirmidhi, h: 3934, and Ahmad, 3/342, and elsewhere.
