[Sahih] Abu Dawud narrated it, jihad, chapter on the one who says the fifth comes before extra shares, no. 2748, from the hadith of Sufyan Thawri with this wording, and Hakim graded it sahih, 2/133, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Makhul stated explicitly that he heard it directly, see no. 2750 of Nail al-Maqsud.
