The Prophet ﷺ entered Mecca on the day of the Conquest with his banner white.
حدثنا الحسن بن علي الخلال وعبدة بن عبد الله قال حدثنا يحيى بن آدم حدثنا شريك عن عمار الدهني عن أبي الزبير
أن النبي ﷺ دخل مكة يوم الفتح ولواؤه أبيض
Sourcing, [hasan] Reported by Abu Dawud, jihad, chapter on banners and standards, no. 2592, from the hadith of Yahya bin Adam, through this route. Abu Zubayr was previously mentioned at no. 395. Hakim graded it sahih in accordance with the criterion of Muslim, 2/104–105, and Tirmidhi, no. 1679, said it is gharib. See the following hadith.
