I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever learns archery and then abandons it has disobeyed me."

Hasan.It was reported by Mizzi in Tahzib Kamal (Q) 9212, from the hadith of Harmala, through this same chain. Ibn Lahia stated clearly that he heard it directly. Uthman and Mughira are unknown, as stated in Taqrib and elsewhere. The hadith has corroborating narrations in Muslim, hadith no. 1919, and others.
