The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that injuries caused by mines incur no liability, wells incur no liability, and injuries inflicted by livestock incur no liability. The term "ajmaa" refers to grazing animals and other beasts, and "jubar" means that which is disregarded and carries no compensation.
