I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Injury caused by an animal carries no liability, and what is found in a mine carries no liability."
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا خالد بن مخلد حدثنا
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول العجماء جرحها جبار والمعدن جبار
[Sahih] Tabarani reported it, 14/17, h: 6, from the hadith of Kathir, in a similar wording. Kathir is extremely daif and accused, as mentioned previously, h: 165, and the preceding hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
