[Its chain is sahih]. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Blood Money, chapter "Fire That Destroys Property," no. 4594, from the hadith of Abdul-Razzaq, with this chain, and it is found in Sahifah Sahihah of Imam Hammam bin Munabbih, may Allah have mercy on him, mentioned earlier, no. 138, and its basic content is agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim].
