Its chain of transmission is daif. Busiri said, This is a daif chain due to the weakness of Muthanna, who is Ibn Sabbah, and the narrator from him. I say, Both of them are daif according to the more correct view. Ibn Lahia narrated it as well, as mentioned by Bayhaqi, and the weakness of Ibn Lahia is well known once the chain of transmission to him is established, when the narration does not come through Abadila. Yazid bin Abdul-Malik narrated something similar with a daif chain, and Yazid is also daif. So the hadith is not hasan.
