[Its chain of transmission is daif] Abu Dawud transmitted it in the Book of Sales, chapter on liability for a slave, hadith no. 3506, and he has a hearing narration under no. 3507, from the hadith of Hasan, through him. Munziri said, "This is disconnected, for it is not established as sahih that Hasan heard from Uqbah."
