The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sells fruit and it is then struck by a blight should not take anything from his brother's wealth. On what basis would any of you take the wealth of his Muslim brother?"
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Musaqah, Chapter on Writing Off Losses from Crop Damage, hadith no. 14/1554, from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj, with different wordings but the same meaning.
