Muslim narrated it in "al-Musaqat," chapter "Waadu al-Jawaih" (Writing off crop damage), hadith no. 17/1554, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, with this wording, that the Prophet ordered that crop damage be written off, and the meaning is the same.
