Ayesha reported,

[Hasan] Reported by Abu Dawud, Talaq, chapter "On Divorce Made by Mistake," no. 2193, and Ahmad 6:276, from the hadith of Ibn Ishaq, "Thawr bin Yazid Kalai narrated to me, from Muhammad bin Ubayd bin Abu Salih Makki," and this is the correct version. Hakim graded it sahih, but Dhahabi disputed this. It has corroborating narrations, among them the route reported by Hakim from Ayesha 
, and its chain of transmission is hasan.
