It has a sahih corroborating witness in Bayhaqi, 4/232.Muhammad bin Khalid is daif (Taqrib), and Khalid heard from Ata bin Saaib after his mixing up, as previously mentioned in hadith 703 (Taqyid wal-Idah by Iraqi, p. 423). The hadith has witnesses supporting its meaning in Abu Dawud, hadith 2387, whose chain is hasan, and whose meaning is sahih.
