The Prophet ﷺ used to say at the end of the Witr prayer, "O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your displeasure, and I seek refuge in Your pardon from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot enumerate Your praise. You are as You have praised Yourself."
حدثنا أبو عمر حفص بن عمرو حدثنا بهز بن أسد حدثنا حماد بن سلمة حدثني هشام بن عمرو الفزاري عن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام المخزومي
أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول في آخر الوتر اللهم إني أعوذ برضاك من سخطك وأعوذ بمعافاتك من عقوبتك وأعوذ بك منك لا أحصي ثناء عليك أنت كما أثنيت على نفسك
Chapters on establishing the prayers and the sunnah thereinSourcing, its chain is sahih. Abu Dawud narrated it in Witr, chapter on qunut in Witr, hadith 1427, from the hadith of Hammad, with the same wording. Tirmidhi graded it hasan, hadith 3566, and Hakim graded it sahih, 1/306, as did Dhahabi.
