My grandfather, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, taught me words to recite in the qunut of the witr prayer."O Allah, grant me well-being among those You have granted well-being, take me as an ally among those You have taken as allies, guide me among those You have guided, protect me from the evil of what You have decreed, and bless me in what You have given. For You decree and none can decree against You. Indeed, no one whom You support is ever humiliated. Glory be to You, our Lord, blessed and exalted are You."
Sourcing, sahih. Reported by Abu Dawud in the book of Witr, chapter on qunut in Witr, hadith no. 1425 and 1426, from Abu Ishaq. Tirmidhi graded it hasan, hadith no. 464, and Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, as did Nawawi in Al-Adhkar.
