The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever abandons the Friday prayer three times without a compelling reason, Allah will set a seal upon his heart."

قال رسول الله ﷺ من ترك الجمعة ثلاثا من غير ضرورة طبع الله على قلبه
[Its chain of transmission is hasan]. Nasai reported it in Kubra, no. 1657, and it appears on the margins of the Indian copies of Mujtaba, from the hadith of Ibn Wahb, with the same chain. Busiri said, "This chain is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy."
