He was asked whether the Prophet ﷺ used to deliver the sermon standing or sitting. He replied, "Have you not read 'and they left you standing' [Jumuah 62:11]?"Abu Abdullah said, "It is rare. No one narrates it except Ibn Abu Shayba alone."
