A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ offering herself to him in marriage and said, "Do you have any need of me?"His daughter remarked, "How little modesty she has!"He replied, "She is better than you. She presented herself to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا مرحوم سمعت ثابتا أنه سمع
جاءت امرأة إلى النبي ﷺ تعرض عليه نفسها فقالت هل لك حاجة في فقالت ابنته ما أقل حياءها فقال هي خير منك عرضت على رسول الله ﷺ نفسها
