كنت قائما على الحي أسقيهم عمومتي وأنا أصغرهم الفضيخ فقيل حرمت الخمر فقال اكفئها فكفأنا قلت لأنس ما شرابهم قال رطب وبسر فقال أبو بكر بن أنس وكانت خمرهم فلم ينكر أنس وحدثني بعض أصحابي أنه سمع أنسا يقول كانت خمرهم يومئذ
