Abu Ishaq reported,

Bara heard a man from Qays ask him, "Did you flee from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of Hunayn?"He replied, "But the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not flee. The Hawazin were skilled archers. When we charged at them, they broke and fled, so we rushed upon the spoils, but then we were met with their arrows. I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on his white mule, with Abu Sufyan bin Harith holding its reins, and he was saying, 'I am the Prophet, this is no lie.'"Israil and Zuhayr reported that the Prophet ﷺ dismounted from his mule.
