Abdullah bin Amr bin As reported,

When the sun was eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the call was made, "The prayer is to be performed in congregation." The Prophet ﷺ performed two bowings in one prostration unit, then stood and performed two more bowings in another prostration unit, then sat. Then the eclipse cleared from the sun.Ayesha said, "I have never made a prostration longer than that one."

حدثنا أبو نعيم قال حدثنا شيبان عن يحيى عن أبي سلمة

عن عبد الله بن عمرو أنه قال

لما كسفت الشمس على عهد رسول الله ﷺ نودي إن الصلاة جامعة فركع النبي ﷺ ركعتين في سجدة ثم قام فركع ركعتين في سجدة ثم جلس ثم جلي عن الشمس قال وقالت عائشة رضي الله عنها ما سجدت سجودا قط كان أطول منها
