I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "Every servant will be raised in the state in which he died. The believer upon his faith, and the hypocrite upon his hypocrisy."
سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول: يبعث كل عبد على ما مات عليه المؤمن على إيمانه، والمنافق على نفاقه.
Ibn Hibban narrated it in his Sahih (7313) from Hasan bin Sufyan, who said, Hasan bin Sabbah Bazzar narrated to us, Ismail bin Abdul-Kareem narrated to us, who said, Ibrahim bin Aqeel bin Maqil informed me, from his father, from Wahb bin Munabbi, from Jabir, and he related it.In the chain are Hasan bin Sabbah Bazzar, his teacher Ismail bin Abdul-Kareem, his teacher Ibrahim bin Aqeel bin Maqil, and his father Aqeel bin Maqil, all of whom are truthful.
