Burayda bin Husayb reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Not a hundred years will pass while a single eye still blinks."In another narration, "Allah 
will send a wind at the turn of a hundred years which will take the soul of every believer."

قال رسول الله ﷺ: لاينقصني مائة سنة وعين تطرف وفي رواية: إن الله تبارك وتعالى ريحا يبعثها عند رأس مائة سنة فتقبض روح كل مؤمن.

Bazzar narrated it (228, 229) in Kashf Astar, through two paths from Bashir bin Muhajir, from Abdullah bin Burayda, from his father, and he related the hadith. Bazzar said, "We do not know it with this wording except through this chain of transmission from Burayda."I say, its chain of transmission is hasan because of Bashir bin Muhajir, for there is disagreement about him, but his hadith is hasan.This prediction was indeed fulfilled, for Abu Tufayl Amir bin Wathila Kinani, who was born in the year of Uhud and witnessed eight years of the Prophet's ﷺ life, was the last of the companions to die, in the year one hundred and ten. Before his death, he used to say, "There is no man on the face of the earth today who saw the Prophet ﷺ besides me."
