We used to hear the food glorifying Allah while it was being eaten.
كنا نسمع تسبيح الطعام وهو يؤكل.
Bukhari narrated it in the Signs of Prophethood chapter (3579), from Muhammad bin Muthanna, who said, we were told by Abu Ahmad Zubayri, who said, we were told by Israil, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Alqama, from Abdullah, and he mentioned it.This took place during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, as is made explicit in a narration recorded by Ismaili, who reported it from Hasan bin Sufyan, from Bundar, from Abu Ahmad Zubayri, in this hadith, "We used to eat food with the Prophet ﷺ, and we would hear the food glorifying Allah."
