The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had the most beautiful face among people and the finest character. He was neither excessively tall nor short.
كان رسول الله ﷺ أحسن الناس وجها، وأحسنه خلقا، ليس بالطويل البائن، ولا بالقصير.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Virtues (3549) and Muslim in the Book of Merits (91:2337), both through Ismail bin Mansur, from Ibrahim bin Yusuf, from his father, from Abu Ishaq, who said, "I heard Bara say," and he mentioned it.
