The Prophet ﷺ entered Mecca during the year of the Conquest from the route of Kada, which lies in the upper part of Mecca.
أن النبي ﷺ دخل عام الفتح من كداء التي بأعلى مكة.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Military Expeditions (4290), and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Hajj (1258:225), both through Hisham, from his father, from Ayesha, who said, and then she mentioned it.
