The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by a woman from the tribe of Bani Dinar whose husband, brother, and father had been killed alongside the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at the Battle of Uhud. When they brought her the news of their deaths, she asked, "And what of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"They replied, "He is well, mother of so-and-so. By the praise of Allah, he is as you would wish."She said, "Show him to me so I may look upon him."He was pointed out to her, and when she saw him she said, "Every calamity after you is trivial," meaning insignificant.
مر رسول الله ﷺ بامرأة من بني دينار، وقد أصيب زوجها وأخوها وأبوها مع رسول الله ﷺ بأحد، فلما نعوا لها قالت: فما فعل رسول الله ﷺ؟ قالوا: خيرا يا أم فلان، هو بحمد الله كما تحبين، قالت: أرونيه حتى أنظر إليه! قال: فأشير لها إليه، حتى إذا رأته قالت: كل مصيبة بعدك جلل تريد صغيرة.

Muhammad bin Ishaq related it. He said, "Abdul-Wahid bin Abu Awn narrated to me, from Ismail, from Muhammad, from Saad bin Abu Waqqas," and related it. Its chain is hasan because of Ibn Ishaq's explicit statement. Hafiz bin Kathir mentioned it this way in Bidayah wa Nihayah (3/47), Dar Fikr edition.In Sirat bin Hisham (2/99) it is narrated from Ismail bin Muhammad, from Saad bin Abu Waqqas, but Ismail bin Muhammad bin Saad bin Abu Waqqas is not known to have heard [directly] from his grandfather. I fear that Ibn Hisham made a mistake when he abridged the chain.Ibn Hisham said, "Jalal can refer to something small or something great, and here it refers to something small." Imru Qays said, regarding jalal meaning something small,"Because of the killing of Banu Assad's chief, indeed everything besides that is trivial."Ibn Hisham said, "As for the poet's saying," this being Harith bin Waala Jarmi,"If I forgive, I will surely forgive greatly, and if I strike, I will surely crush mightily,"this is [an example] of jalal meaning something great.Ibn Ishaq said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then turned back, returning to Madinah, and Hamna bint Jahsh met him, as I was told. When she met the people, her brother Abdullah bin Jahsh was reported to her as slain, so she said, 'We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return,' and asked forgiveness for him. Then her uncle Hamza bin Abdul-Muttalib was reported to her as slain, so she said the same and asked forgiveness for him. Then her husband Musab bin Umayr was reported to her as slain, and she cried out and wailed. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'A woman's husband indeed holds a special place with her,' having seen her composure at the news of her brother and her uncle, and her wailing over her husband." Sirat bin Hisham (2/98).Ibn Majah (1590) also related it, from Muhammad bin Yahya, who said, "Ishaq bin Muhammad Farawi narrated to us," who said, "Abdullah bin Umar narrated to us, from Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Jahsh, from his father, from Hamna bint Jahsh, that it was said to her, 'Your brother has been killed,' so she said, 'May Allah have mercy on him, and we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.' They said, 'Your husband has been killed,' so she said, 'Oh, my grief!' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'A husband indeed holds a portion of a woman's heart unlike anything else.'" Its chain is daif because of Ishaq bin Muhammad Farawi and his teacher Abdullah bin Umar.
