Ayesha reported,

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ left the cave as an emigrant, he was accompanied by Abu Bakr and Amir bin Fuhayrah. Abu Bakr rode behind him, and Abdullah bin Urayqit al-Laythi went ahead of them as their guide.He led them along the lower route of Makkah, then continued until he brought them down to the coast below Usfan. He then took them through the lower part of Amaj, then crossed back to the road after passing Qudayd. Then he led them through the Hijaz, then crossed the pass of al-Marar, then led them through al-Hafya, then crossed the path of Mudlijah Thaqf, then took them deep into Mudlijah Sihah, then led them through Madhij, then through the heart of Madhij from Dhu al-Ghusn, then through the heart of Kashd, then took the route of al-Jabajib, then went through Dhu Salam from the heart of upper Mudlijah, then took the route of al-Qahah, then descended to al-Arj, then took the pass of al-Ghair to the right of Rakubah, then descended into the valley of Rim, and finally arrived at Quba among the tribe of Amr bin Awf.

عن عائشة قالت

لما خرج رسول الله ﷺ من الغار مهاجرا، ومعه أبو بكر وعامر بن فهيرة، مردفه أبو بكر، وخلفه عبد الله بن أريقط الليثي، فسلك بهما أسفل مكة، ثم مضى حتى هبط بهما على الساحل أسفل من عسفان، ثم استجاز بهما على أسفل أمج، ثم عارض الطريق بعد أن أجاز بها قديدا. ثم سلك بهما الحجاز، ثم أجاز ثنية المرار، ثم سلك بهما الحفياء، ثم أجاز بها مدلجة ثقف، ثم استبطن بهما مدلجة، صحاح، ثم سلك بهما مذحج، ثم ببطن مذحج من ذي الغصن، ثم ببطن كشد، ثم أخذ الجباجب، ثم سلك ذا سلم من بطن أعلى مدلجة، ثم أخذ القاحة، ثم هبط العرج، ثم سلك ثنية الغائر عن يمين ركوبة، ثم هبط بطن ريم، فقدم قباء على بني عمرو بن عوف.
