Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah will say, 'Adam!'Adam will reply, 'Here I am at Your service, ready to obey, and all good is in Your hands.'Allah will say, 'Send out the contingent destined for the Fire.'Adam will ask, 'How large is the contingent destined for the Fire?'Allah will answer, 'Nine hundred and ninety-nine out of every thousand.'That is the moment when a young child turns grey, "and every pregnant woman will deliver her burden, and you will see the people as though drunk, though they are not drunk, but the punishment of Allah is severe" [Hajj 22:2]."This weighed heavily on them, and they said, "Messenger of Allah, which one of us will be that man?"He said, "Take heart, for two thousand will come from Gog and Magog for every one man from among you."Then he said, "By the One in whose hand my soul rests, I have hope that you will make up a third of the people of Paradise."So we praised Allah and proclaimed His greatness.Then he said, "By the One in whose hand my soul rests, I have hope that you will make up half of the people of Paradise. Your place among the nations is like a single white hair on the hide of a black bull, or like the small mark on a donkey's foreleg."

عن أبي سعيد قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ: يقول الله: يا آدم فيقول: لبيك وسعديك والخير في يديك قال: يقول: أخرج بعث النار قال: وما بعث النار؟ قال: من كل ألف تسع مائة وتسعة وتسعين، فذاك حين يشيب الصغير {وتضع كل ذات حمل حملها وترى الناس سكارى وما هم بسكرى ولكن عذاب الله شديد} [سورة الحج: ٢] فاشتد ذلك عليهم فقالوا: يا رسول الله أينا ذلك الرجل؟ قال: أبشروا فإن من يأجوج ومأجوج ألفا ومنكم رجل ثم قال: والذي نفسي بيده إني لأطمع أن تكونوا ثلث أهل الجنة قال: فحمدنا الله وكبرنا ثم قال: والذي نفسي بيده إني لأطمع أن تكونوا شطر أهل الجنة، إن مثلكم في الأمم كمثل الشعرة البيضاء في جلد الثور الأسود أو الرقمة في ذراع الحمار.
