The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, the right hand of Allah is full, and no expenditure ever diminishes it, pouring forth abundantly night and day. Have you considered all that He has spent since He created the heavens and the earth? It has not decreased what is in His right hand. His Throne is upon the water, and in His other hand is the overflow, or the holding back, raising and lowering."
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Tawhid (7419), and Muslim in the Book of Zakat (993:37), both of them through Abdul-Razzaq, from Muamar bin Rashid, from Hammam bin Munabbih, from Abu Hurairah, who mentioned it. The wording given here is Bukhari's.
