Anas bin Malik reported,

I was the cupbearer for a group of people at the home of Abu Talha, and their wine that day was fadikh, made from unripe dates. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then ordered an announcer to proclaim, "Wine has been forbidden!"Abu Talha said to me, "Go out and pour it away."So I went out and poured it, and it flowed through the streets of Medina. Some of the people said, "Some men have been killed while it was still in their stomachs."Then Allah revealed, "There is no blame on those who believe and do righteous deeds for what they have consumed" [Maidah 5:93].
